Peppermint is a cross between water mint and spearmint. Of other mints are peppermint differs mainly by the high menthol content, and by the sharper taste (hence the name "pepper" mint).

The juice that is obtained with the syrup of peppermint in the summer it is very refreshing.

Ingredients: water, sugar, peppermint foliage, citric acid
