A high-pressure system centered over Western Europe will determine the weather in the Alpine region.
The conditions for long mountain hikes will be excellent. The sun will shine from morning till evening.

Dry and very warm air masses, combined with high air pressure, will determine the weather.
The morning will be largely cloudless with plenty of sunshine. In the afternoon just a few cumulus clouds. It will be very warm.

On Saturday morning, there will be widespread sunshine; in the afternoon, isolated thunderstorms cannot be ruled out. Sunday will start with plenty of sunshine, but clouds will increase as the day goes on and a few thunderstorms are expected. On Monday, the weather will change. It is expected to be mostly cloudy with only some sunny spells, and widespread rain showers or thunderstorms will pass through with a cold front. Temperatures will drop with northerly winds. On Tuesday there will be a mix of sun and clouds.
