The weather will become increasingly unsettled. Showers are expected as early as this morning and will become more widespread as the day goes on. The snow line will drop locally to below 1,500 m.

Maximum temperatures between 14° and 22°.

A temporary high-pressure system will bring stable conditions.
The weather in the mountains of South Tyrol will be unsettled and cold. Showers, some of them heavy, will move in from the south-west and spread to all mountain ranges as the day progresses. The snow line will be between 1,200 and 1,800 m.

A low-pressure system centred over northern Europe will draw masses of cool, moist air towards the Alps.

Friday will see generally cloudy skies with widespread showers in the afternoon. Saturday will also start off with unsettled weather. As the day progresses, a northerly wind will blow across many valleys and the showers will gradually ease off. Temperatures will remain fairly low. On Sunday, the weather will improve, with clouds clearing and sunny spells. Sunny weather is also forecast for Monday, with a few cumulus clouds in the afternoon. Temperatures will rise slowly.
